Type 1 diabetes



Type 1 diabetes occurs in about15% of all cases of diabetes. While it usually occurs in people under the age of 30, it can happen at any age. Type 1 diabetes occurs when the body’s immune system destroys the cell of the pancreas that produces insulin. It is believed that virus or chemical may cause this reaction in people who are genetically predisposed. Type 1 diabetes can develop quite suddenly and person may have rapid and significant weight loss over sever weeks. In older people it may be less rapid.

Control Your Blood Pressure



High blood pressure is big risk factor for stoke. It also increases you risk for heart disease and kidney disease. The same life style changes that control blood sugar levels and lower your risk of heart diseases may keep you blood pressure at safe levels. Loosing weight and exercising is important. If blood pressure doesn’t comes down with diet and exercise. Your doctor might prescribe medicines that will help, so please consult a good doctor.
