Vitamin B12

Vitamin B12 is a water soluble vitamin,which plays a key fact in the functioning of the nervous system and brain,and in the formation of blood. It is one of the members of vitamin B family.Which help in carrying out all the metabolic activity of all the body cells, and in the production of fatty acid and energy synthesizing. It is also called as cobalamin since it contains cobalt.Vitamin B12 is primarily found in egg, meat, dairy product and animal products, such as beef, liver. The main important function of B12 is synthesis of RBC;deficiency may lead to anemia, an also lead to irreversible neurological damage. It may also lead to numbness or pain and needles, create confusion, depression, poor concentration and forgetfulness.

The best treatment for B12 deficiency is usually injection of vitamin B12 , the number of injection basically depends on what type you have and severity of anemia. This injection may also some time cause bruising and soreness.
